I work in a small local cottage hospital as the chef! I am also their Unison rep and the local womens officer.  I studied English at college but then changed track and took catering 'cos I thought I would always find work where people wanted to eat! I wanted to be an archeoligist... and still love to read anything I can on the subject,I also read thrillers,sci fi and biographys.
