I close my eyes just for a while
I wish that i could see you smile
But on your faces i see your pain
What did these terrorist hope to gain
We sit here wondering and asking why
the peace was shattered from the sky
But you are strong and you stand tall
You wont give in and you wont fall
As all our countries now unite
We will not give up without a fight.
The bond of love and friendship is strong
The task will be hard and maybe long
But these terrorist their injustice they will serve
And we all hope they get what they deserve.

September eleventh two thousand and one
A sinister act of hate to which I cannot relate
December seventh nineteen hundred forty one
Waging of war against a peaceful United States
Surprise attack on Pearl Harbor launched WWII
A faceless enemy traumatizes America's New York
America will triumph ascending as a phoenix new
Menacing is this enemy from the bowels of the dark
Millions are dazed and shaken by this act of carnage
Grimacing in sorrow with pain for our Country we Cry
Filled with grief and anger, we cannot give into rage
To these fanatics I ask only one question of you, WHY?
Monumental is this struggle, still we answer the call
Steadfast, and true, the United States will not concede
Attacked by this evil, this great Nation will not crawl
Wicked cowards have caused our America to bleed
Rescue efforts organized immediately were not by chance
Lives ended, lives shattered by this barbaric brutality
Live footage we watch as some celebrate and dance
Independent and free we join hands against this atrocity
A United land on foundation strong and free, a home to the brave
Our stars and stripes wave and beckon in the sky with splendor
The Lady of Liberty welcomes all with a friendly flame
For an unspeakable act of terrorism, there will be no surrender
Touched by amazing grace, see the glow of love on her face
Look closely she stands tall, listen, her caveat is concise
Expressions of caution to this pestilence, we quicken the pace
Our arms will reach everywhere; our strikes will be precise
For this suffering and pain there will be no compromise
Determined and mighty we plan retaliation on target
This enemy may hide his face and hide under a disguise
American citizens shaken, but resolved we will not forget
Turn right, turn left, extend your hand and hug your neighbor
Please bow your head with me offering a prayer for the entire world
Share an act of kindness; make an effort to do someone a favor
I offer my hand to all the people of this great program WORLDS
Our Father, We pray for all of mankind

Terror on Tuesday - Halley
As like a screen play unfolded before our media eyes
The planes came crashing with explosion to the USA skies
Surreal as it appeared it was intense and sobering real
Horror struck each of us quick as we became too numb to feel
What had just happened here? How could this be?
Within minutes people died inside a crumbled smoke sea
Down Down Down the lives fell with the World Trade Towers
And within minutes terrorist had shaken World superpowers
Revenge and hate were behind this volital selfish act
As EVIL men went ahead with their demented suicide pact
They took planes and made HUMAN bombs to kill innocent lives
As a helpless World stood by watching and hearing the American cries
Then Sympathy bells rang out all over the nation and land
Sending hope and love as they tried to make sense and understand
Asking, "What had happened here on this September eleventh day?"
And what would happen tomorrow? Who would be the ones to Pay?
America didn't fall apart. NO!!! - SHE bonded instead.
She searches for the suvivors and prepares to bury her dead.
And as the world gazes upon each and every body bag
It will feel the sympathy of more red stripes added to the flag
This terrorist war has fallen on American soil this time
Let the world understand its a universal human crime
For the next time you kiss your loved ones goodbye
Whether going to work or to the airport to fly
Tell them what they mean to you in every way you can
And at night ask God to protect you in his master plan
Remember we are fragile human beings with time ticking away
And that we are ALL at risk of walking into terrorist some day
Remember what has happened on September the eleventh, two thousand one
Remember what you saw ...Remember what you felt...Remember what was done.

Forgive yourselves for not being able to stop this terrible tragedy.
God Bless those who have needlessly lost their lives
Prayers sent to their surviving families for Peace.
UNFORGIVENESS

The three words, "I forgive you,"
Are all that need be heard.
To a soul that has been wounded,

Forgiveness soothes and comforts
Till at last the soul is calm.
For the soul that seeks forgiveness,
When forgiveness can't be found;
It struggles vainly everyday,
To hear that simple sound.
The power in those three kind words,
Can heal a heart that's broken;
But that heart cannot begin to heal,
As long as words remain unspoken.
Compassion in it's purest sense,
Reside in those three words;
The three words, "I forgive you,"
Are all that need be heard.
