We gather here today...behind our computer screens..

in a Virtual world that Imaginary built..

to share our last goodbyes...

to a member of Worlds that touched our lives in many ways.

Imaginary...

was taken away suddenly from us on June 2 2006...

she was a long time member....

who loved Worlds and built many beautiful things..

.who experimented and stretched the boundaries of what could be.

With Thanks to AngelEyes-Espirt....

this world was resurrected and made available

so we could have a sense of Imaginary

...and how she loved time and space.

Many who have not experienced it

do not understand the power and beauty

of Virtual Worlds.

They wonder what is all the fuss?

It's just dots on a screen...electronics...

cartoon characters and text on a monitor.

But while everyone has their own ideas

of what virtual worlds mean...

all of you know that just inches

on the other side of the screen

is a human being with all the emotions and feelings

that go along with life.

Imaginary...

was a person that evoked emotions and feelings.

 Her poetry was powerful ..

there are some examples here in this world.

 She could express the love..

the frustration...the anger...

the joy...the pain through the words she typed

 while standing on stage.

They traveled from her fingers through the wires

and splashed onto our screens...

for us to see and feel.

Imaginary was her own self...

private most times except through her poetry

and worlds she built

but yet close to a select few

that got to know a bit of the real Imaginary person.

Over the last year....

she was busy with many real life events...

and school...pursuing a Graphic Arts degree....

but she still stopped in..

.and visited old friends and treated us to her poetry.

I've said this before but each of us walks a path on this Earth alone...

yet there are times in our lives when others join up and walk the path with us.

We get to know them...enjoy their company...

to even love them.

 But one day....

there's that fork in the road and we often say our goodbyes

and each go our own way down new paths to new adventures always hoping to meet up again.

Unfortunately...

Imaginary was taken from us when we were not looking.

Plucked from this Earth by the hand of God...

before we had a chance to say goodbye...

She was called home....

and we may not know why or the details but perhaps..

God needed her wonderful skills and poems to soothe the Heavens above.

Imaginary loved worlds and love the people in it.

She cared about you all.

She will be remembered differently by each of us....

but there's one thing I want you to think about...

Imaginary loved the sky...the stars...the planets...

and when you see the sky at night...

or a picture of the heavens...

remember Imaginary....

and imagine that new star in the sky shining brightly....

God bless Imaginary... her family and her friends...

I can see her now as she watches over us...

pen in hand...working on her new poetry

to fill our hearts with love and

our minds thoughtful reflections of life as she saw it...

Amen......
