A special friend

We often wonder why life can be so unfair
People come and people go
Sadiness reaches our souls
Tears blind our sight and leaving us so cold

We find ourselves lost within ourself
Being left with emptiness
Life without you will be so hard you must know

Many have known you for years in their hearts
Proud to of known such a talented and wonderful person
You will be missed without a doubt

Love surrounds you where ever you go
Days of happiness is what you'll see from now on
Smiles of joy is what your furture will hold
Peace within will never be an issue

You will surely be missed my special friend
Your many poems that you brought to our souls
Your smiles that warmed our many hearts

Life without Our special friend is sad to the end
Your talented poetry that you brought to us all
A memory for all of us please be known

Many of us were honored to know you
Many were touched by the words you put into your poems
Years of experience we've all come to see

Those words will never be taken from us
The Love and kindness you shared with us all
Will always be in our hearts and in our souls

So Life is unfair we all know
But we all know your looking down on us as our lives go on
We will never forget you my dear friend

Your time with us was a pleasant one
You'll always be in our hearts till the end
May God keep you safe and help you threw your next journey

Until we meet again our dear friend
Some day we will join as one again
And share our words of poetry once again
